Before service
Eligibility is calculated by the API from the confirmed service time, cancellation time, order terms, payment status, and any approved exception.
Full refunds
When the applicable policy grants a full refund, the traveler receives the full refundable amount. Platform or payment processing costs are not deducted from it.
Disputes and exceptions
Weather, safety, guide changes, service differences, and exceptional circumstances are reviewed with an audit trail. The final result is shown in the order.
